Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting and other required TSOA and client documentation. TSOA is proud to recognize driver James Griffith as its 2020 Q4 Driver of the Quarter. James has a class B CDL and has been driving for TSOA for just under two years. James flawlessly and safely executed a large number of moves last year. Other achievements include one hundred percent compliance on required paperwork, vehicle condition reporting and DOT requirements. “James obtained his CDL shortly after coming on board with TSOA, is willing to take on any challenge and works well with other drivers” said Troy Bryant who manages TSOAs upfitter division.
