Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting and other required TSOA and client documentation. TSOA is proud to recognize Jessica Broome as its 2020 Rookie Driver of the Year. Jessica is a DOT certified driver who has been driving for TSOA for 8 months. She was hired for a large project and stayed on citing this as “a great career option.” Jessica has been one hundred percent compliant on DOT, TSOA and client requirements. “Jessica has a wonderful attitude and always put’s her heart into every job she does.” said Kimberly Pridemore, former driver now Driver Helpdesk Specialist for TSOA.
